Refund Policy

Overview

We provide a seven-day return and refund policy. We are unable to provide you with a complete refund or exchange if seven days have gone since your purchase.

Your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. We won’t give you your money back if we discover that the things you purchased are being used on another website.

We sell digital products on our website, so please check, contact us by email, or ask questions before making any purchases. We will address your question. You have seven days from the date of purchase to request a refund if, in any way, our description does not match the item you purchased or if it has a defect.

We need a receipt, invoice, or other proof of purchase in order to process your return.

Refunds

As soon as we get a refund request, we will examine and investigate your claim. If your request is approved or denied, we will also let you know.

Within a predetermined number of days, if you are accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

First, make sure you have received your return by checking your bank account once more.

Next, get in touch with your credit card provider; it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account.

Sale items

You can only get a refund on standard priced items. There are no refunds on sale items.
